Situated at a prominent intersection, this 30 apartment, four level complex is designed to take advantage of its prominent position on a hill. Conceived as a series of stacked boxes, the building cascades down the hill towards the west, offering views of the city and Port Phillip Bay. The arrangement of boxes allows for generous glazing to living spaces and secluded balconies in between.
